Products are offered at wholesale cost to retailers with a valid sales permit ID for the purpose of resale only. We also offer larger bulk sizes for use in facials by licensed aestheticians. In order to purchase wholesale or bulk product, certain criteria must be met. You must complete a wholesale account application with State Aesthetician/Facialist/Cosmetologist license number and/or Sales and Use Tax ID. Accounts based in Texas must have a resale certificate on file. Any skin care professional purchasing and using our professional peel treatments must have professional and/or malpractice liability insurance.
Your store must meet and maintain the standards of the Advanced Rejuvenating Concepts brand.
We reserve the right to refuse sale or cancel an account if the product is not stored, maintained or used properly, or if the facility changes ownership. We do not allow Advanced Rejuvenating Concepts products to be sold online through third party websites (e.g. Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, etc.), or any other retailer that is not an ARC authorized skin care facility. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit sale of products to parties with sales strategies that do not meet our standards.
Advanced Rejuvenating Concepts requires an opening order of $500 and a reorder minimum of $150 per order. Orders that do not meet the reorder minimum are subject to a $7 handling fee.
Increase sales and reduce overhead by earning sample and tester discounts with your retail product order. Advanced Rejuvenating Concepts will give complementary samples on skin care product orders that exceed $300 per order. Or, purchase 6 identical retail products and receive a 20% discount on a tester of the same item per order. Other restrictions apply. We encourage you to take advantage of our promotional offers, product testers and marketing material to help increase your sales.
Depending on stock levels, fulfillment can take 24 to 48 hours, Monday thru Thursday. Orders placed on Friday may be shipped the following Monday. Back ordered items may take up to 12 weeks to arrive. We do not auto ship backordered items. Additional shipping charges may apply.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the products. All orders are shipped USPS or UPS. If you have special shipping requests or expedited service, please let us know at the time of your order. A $7 handling fee is added to all orders that do not meet the $150 wholesale minimum requirement. International orders must comply with any terms, taxes and tariffs.
Orders must be paid in US currency prior to shipment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards. Orders shipping via UPS may be delivered COD (additional fees are incurred by UPS for this service). Orders shipped COD require a valid credit card on file. Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee. Alternative options for international accounts must be negotiated. All orders must be paid before they are shipped.
If you are not satisfied with your Advanced Rejuvenating Concepts purchase, please return it for a store credit within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping and handling charges are not credited and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Please call 800 689-0499 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and request a Return Form. All contact information must be completed so that we may reach you if necessary.
Package your item in the original packaging (if available), or pack your return in a well-padded box or envelope to ensure its safe return and prevent damage. Mail your return via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Postal Service (UPS). Additional shipping fees may apply.
LOST, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
If your products arrive damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all packaging materials and contact us within 24 hours after its arrival. You can contact customer service by calling 800 689-0499 or email email@example.com and notify us of the damage. We will proceed depending on how your package was shipped. We may provide a return label to cover any shipping costs if the product mishap was our error (incorrect item shipped or defective item). No refunds are offered. In some cases, a credit may be applied to your account.
CANCELING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER
We work quickly to ensure your products arrive to you in a timely manner. We cannot guarantee any order changes or cancellations after your order has been placed. You may contact us to see if your order has been processed. In the event it has not been shipped, we would be happy to assist with any changes.
We reserve the right to adopt new procedures and policies, or modify, alter, change or cancel existing policies and procedures at any time. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to adhere to our policies set forth by Skin Rejuvenation Clinique, Inc. DBA Advanced Rejuvenating Concepts.
